Only preach what you practice

I need to constantly remind my self to “not preach what I don’t practice”. All the information and principles you can find on this page were tested and used extensively by me and the people I work with.

“The curse of modernity is that we are increasingly populated by a class of people who are better at explaining than understanding, or better at explaining than doing.”

The picture above is from the finals match of an annual regional championship where I won this weekend. It might not be much, but it’s an important milestone for me, as it gives me confidence in what I’m doing.

People always told me that I focus too much on my equipment, but I couldn’t focus on my game, as I knew that my racket setup wasn’t what I wanted it to be. It was in this last year, when all the pieces started falling in place and when I began to understand the tennis equipment and the principles around which I then build this web-page.
