According to Tennisnerd and some knowledgable posters on tennis talk forums, Taylor Fritz is using a very low static weight racket…at least for a professional player. While the static weight is low, the swing weight is just high enough to compete on such a high level. Taylor is also a big guy with long arms, which essentially makes his effective swing weight higher, considering the whole stroke pendulum from his shoulders.
While observing Taylor’s strokes, I can say that I believe that his racket really is that light. He can generate a lot of racket head speed thanks to lover swing weight and static weight while keeping the strokes simple and compact.
