Revolutionizing sports equipment production — starting with padel
T0 Hexa is a padel racket engineered for repeatable weight & feel, tennis-style grip sizing, and an impact-resistant frame built for wall and fence contact.
- Repeatability target: total mass within ±1% (QC by weighting).
- Grip sizes like tennis: multiple handle sizes/shapes without new tooling.
- Durability: tough frame for impact tolerance with the fences.

T0 Hexa — engineered for repeatability, fit, and real padel impacts
1 – Configurable handle fit
Choose handle size and shape for secure hold and consistent feel — enabled because the handle is part of the additively-made structure (no mold constraint).
2 – Hexa-grid throat response
The hexa-grid throat extends the functional hitting zone: throat-area contacts stay predictable in output and in how the feel and vibrations transfer from head to handle.
3 – Built to spec, repeatable
Our TechnoFusion stack enables tight manufacturing control and enables unit-to-unit consistency and lets you select a target build to ±1 g (within available configurations).
4 – Impact-resistant perimeter
Frame uses a tough polymer in the perimeter zone to better tolerate repeated impacts with glass/fence — a common failure mode in padel.
From baseline builds to TechnoFusion
leghty R&D–test–measure loop, moving from conventional composites to TechnoFusion and an industrialization-ready T0 Hex.
T0 IsoFlux — Composite baseline

Traditional composite layup + drilled perforations to establish a performance reference. Gradient hole pattern to balance spin, stability, and a predictable sweet spot.
T0 eXa (v1) — Fully 3D printed

First full-print padel build to validate geometry freedom and extreme perforation patterns for manoeuvrability and spin.
T0 eXa (v2) — 3D print refinement

Second iteration to improve face stiffness / durability while keeping the fast, high-control character of the design direction.
T0 Victra (v1) — 3D printed + foam core

3D-printed frame + face combined with a foam insert to increase ball output and improve feel versus all-print concepts.
TechnoFusion → T0 Hex variations

Fusion of 3D-printed structural elements + carbon-fiber laminate + foam.
TechnoFusion → T0 Hex (scale up ready)

Many iterations converged into final validation prototypes (layups + foams) that define the final prototype ready to develop in to MVP for enterign the market.
