Short answer: the shop is open again. It just lives at a new address: shop.tierzerosports.com.
What happened. When I moved the racket-engineering work under Tier Zero Sports, the shop here was switched off. Since then a lot of you wrote asking where to order — most often about Octo Dampers.
What’s in the new shop. Everything that was here before: Octo Dampers, handle pallets, extension handles, buttcaps, the concave handle and the consulting packages. Same parts, still made to order in Slovenia. If you’re not sure what fits your racket, the fitment guide covers it.
What changed. Orders ship twice a week, on Tuesdays and Fridays, tracked. The shop ships across Europe and to many countries worldwide. Old shop links on this site take you straight to the same product in the new shop, so bookmarks still work.
What stays. This site stays as it is. The articles, calculators and customization guides aren’t going anywhere. Impacting Tennis keeps the theory, the new shop has the parts and the customization packages.
Thanks for the patience, and for all the messages asking when it’s back.
